I used to play a game with myself and only eat every 24 hours and see how long I could go (record being 53) and I used to feel so fucking good about myself and accomplished.
I’ve been so stressed I haven’t eaten in like 30 hours by accident and I feel so skinny and was like woah I should keep it going.
But as soon as I had that thought I bought the most comforting calorie rich food I could think of because food is something to enjoy and there is no accomplishment in starving. And that is some fucking personal growth.
